Terms of Use

Welcome to Tacke. By using the platform you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Community Rules.

1. Definitions

  • “Tacke”, “we”: Tacke Coffee (تاكي كوفي), Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, operator of tackecoffee.com.
  • “User”, “you”: anyone who visits the platform or creates an account.
  • “Partner”: a café, roaster, restaurant or shop that publishes offers or content on the platform under an agreement with Tacke.
  • “Content”: photos, text, comments, messages and anything else posted on the platform.

2. Eligibility and your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your details, keeping your password secret and all activity under your account.
  • One account per person; impersonating any person or organisation is not allowed.

3. Your content

  • You keep ownership of your photos and posts.
  • You grant Tacke a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, copy and format your content on the platform and its official accounts to operate and promote it. The licence ends when you delete the content, except where others have shared it or the law requires us to keep it.
  • You confirm you have the right to post what you post and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights or privacy.

4. Prohibited use

  • Posting offensive, racist or indecent content, or content that breaks the laws or public morals of Saudi Arabia.
  • Harassment, nuisance or spam.
  • Posting photos of people without their permission, or other people’s personal data.
  • Commercial advertising without an agreement with Tacke.
  • Trying to hack, disrupt or scrape the platform or its members’ data.

We may remove any violating content and suspend or close violating accounts.

5. Coupons and offers

Coupons and offers are provided by partners, who are responsible for honouring them and for their terms, dates and product quality. Tacke only displays them and is not liable if a partner refuses an offer or changes its terms, although we follow up on complaints and take appropriate action with the partner.

Each partner is responsible for obtaining any licence the Ministry of Commerce requires for its offers and discounts.

6. Partners

Partnerships with cafés, roasters and restaurants are governed by a separate written agreement or offer setting the plan, price and term. Requesting a quote through the partner form creates no obligation until an agreement is signed or an offer accepted.

7. Information and articles

Articles and guides are for general education only and are not medical or nutritional advice. Consult a professional if you have a health condition affected by caffeine.

8. Intellectual property

The Tacke name, logo, platform design and articles belong to Tacke Coffee and may not be used without written permission, except for sharing links to articles.

9. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available and secure but cannot guarantee it will be free of interruptions or errors, and we are not liable for content posted by users or partners, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Ending use

You can delete your account at any time from Settings or by contacting us. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

11. Tacke Studio and visual content

  • Post only photos and videos you have the right to share. Do not photograph or post people without their permission, post images of children, or post anything that invades others’ privacy or breaches public decency, in line with the Saudi Anti-Cyber Crime Law.
  • You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you give Tacke a free, non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform according to the visibility you chose; the licence ends when you delete it.

12. Weekly challenge

  • Entry is free and requires no purchase; you enter by posting a photo with the week’s filter and “Everyone” visibility.
  • The most-liked photo wins. We may exclude entries that break the rules, are duplicated, or show signs of inflated likes.
  • The current prize is recognition only: the photo is featured on the home page. Any material prize or coupon will be announced only after obtaining the required licence from the Ministry of Commerce.
  • By entering, you agree to your photo and username being shown in the challenge section.

13. News, library and external content

  • We show news headlines with their source and original link. Rights belong to their owners; we do not endorse or take responsibility for their content.
  • The library links to books that are legally free (public domain or published free by their publishers). We do not host book files.
  • Articles based on Wikipedia are available under CC BY-SA 4.0, as stated in each article.
  • Some images on the site are AI-generated for illustration and do not depict real people.

14. Reporting, removal and intellectual property

  • You can report any post with the “Report” button on it. We review reports, remove violating content, may suspend violating accounts, and cooperate with competent authorities upon lawful request.
  • If you see content that infringes your rights (image, text or trademark), email info@tackecoffee.com with the link and proof of your rights, and we will remove it promptly after verification.

15. Changes

We may change these terms and will publish the new version here with its date. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept it.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts in Riyadh have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
